SFB publishes pre-arranged transport options. When contacting an operator, give the airport code and exact home or hotel address, travel times, passenger count and luggage needs. Confirm service to that address, reservation requirements, cancellation terms and the plan for a delayed flight.
A listed transport company is a starting point for checking availability, not confirmation of a vehicle or a booking for your trip.
Compare one-way and return totals
MCO notes that shuttle-van fares are per person. Check the charging basis of every quote: count each paying traveler, but count a shared vehicle’s quoted cost only once.
For a round trip, price both ground journeys plus parking where applicable. For one-way travel, budget the journey you will actually make rather than automatically doubling it. Include applicable fuel, tolls, rental charges and extras; leave unconfirmed amounts marked unknown.
