Your credit wallet
Purchased credits accumulate in your account. Complimentary searches appear as a separate balance. The eligible new-customer offer is 1 complimentary search covering up to 3 closest provider-supported departure airports near your selected starting location. The exact airport list is disclosed before confirmation; it does not include full paid-tier coverage. You must be logged in with a verified email. No card is required. The offer cannot run while flight searches are paused.
Reservation and charging
The app displays the itinerary, airport coverage, credit cost and balance after delivery before you confirm. A temporary reservation prevents two browser tabs from spending the same balance. It becomes a charge only after successful completion with usable eligible fares.
Failed or empty searches
No credits or free searches are consumed if a provider check errors, a timeout or system interruption prevents completion, or no usable eligible fares are found. The reservation is released and recorded. Reopening your wallet reconciles interrupted reservations; contact Support if a reservation still appears after a completed or failed attempt.
Repeated searches and filtering
Completed results may be reopened without charge and are labeled historical. An identical search within the initial 30-minute cache window reuses the result. Local sorting and filtering of retrieved data are free. New dates, routes, travelers or departure coverage receive a new quote.
Free price alerts
Alerts use fares discovered through existing authorized searches, subject to provider data-use permissions. Creating, editing, pausing, deleting and receiving an alert costs zero credits. Alerts do not run paid searches, continuously monitor inventory or guarantee every price drop. Historical fares may no longer be available. Refreshing a fare requires a separately confirmed search quote.
Refund requests
Use Support for an unused-credit refund request, accidental duplicate purchase, billing error, service outage or other concern. Include the purchase date and package. We review unused value, service delivery, payment status and applicable consumer rights. No blanket nonrefundable rule overrides rights provided by law.
Refund and dispute reconciliation
A confirmed refund removes the corresponding proportional number of credits; whole-credit rounding is used and never removes more than that purchase granted. A disputed payment places its related credits under review. If those credits have already been spent, the wallet may show a credit balance requiring review and new searches are paused. Successful dispute resolution restores credits when appropriate. Every adjustment is recorded.
Search availability
Flight price searching may be paused while accounts and other planning features remain available. If credit purchases are offered during a pause, you must acknowledge that credits cannot be used for searches until searching is enabled. No activation date is promised. Review the refund provisions before buying.
Noncash service entitlement
Credits are limited to FliteMaster services, cannot be sent to another account, and are not redeemable as a cash withdrawal. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment process, subject to applicable law and payment-provider handling.
Future changes
New package prices or search-tier prices apply to future purchases or confirmed quotes. Existing purchased-credit quantities are not retroactively reduced. Complimentary campaigns can change for future eligible registrations.
