GOOD QUESTIONS

A clearer way to find your next flight.

Straightforward answers about Search Credits, coverage, and your account.

How do I create an account?

Choose Log in or sign up, then select Sign up and enter your name, email and a FliteMaster password. Save your recovery code so you can regain access if needed. Your customer profile, credits and trips are stored with FliteMaster. Email verification is required before promotional searches or credit purchases.

What am I buying?

Search Credits pay for FliteMaster’s comparison service, not airline tickets. Buy a prepaid package when needed. No recurring charge or monthly reset applies.

How does the complimentary search work?

An eligible new customer receives 1 complimentary search after verifying their email. You must be logged in to use it. It covers up to 3 closest provider-supported departure airports near your selected starting location, with the exact airports shown before confirmation. It is consumed only after successful delivery and shown separately from purchased credits. It cannot run while flight searches are paused.

How are airport distances measured?

Radius distances are straight-line geographic miles from your home airport. Trip costs estimate a driving budget using an editable distance multiplier and average speed. These are not measured road distances or traffic estimates. You can enter actual road miles after checking directions. Round trips include both directions; one-way budgets include the outbound drive only. Nationwide coverage uses the exact airport list disclosed in the quote.

Are all U.S. airports checked?

No exhaustive coverage is implied. The airport catalog and the live provider’s supported routes are different. Cost-controlled searches verify a disclosed shortlist. Unchecked airports and other booking providers may have lower prices.

Can I reopen a search?

Yes, at no charge. Prices are labeled historical. An identical request in the 30-minute cache window reuses that result. Sorting or filtering already retrieved fares does not use more credits.

What happens if I change my plans?

Different dates, destination, travelers, cabin or departure coverage may require a new search. You see its quote before confirming. Purchased credits remain in your account with no expiration.

Will I get email price alerts?

Price alerts appear in your account when a compatible fare is discovered through existing authorized searches and provider reuse permissions allow it. Alerts cost zero credits and do not continuously monitor prices. They cannot detect every price drop; fares may change. Email alerts are not sent by this feature.

Why can’t I buy credits yet?

Purchases require verified payment, account-verification and business setup. Flight searching may remain paused independently. If credit sales are offered during a pause, checkout requires your acknowledgment that credits cannot be used for searches until searching is enabled; no activation date is promised. Airport exploration and free accounts remain available.
