FREE TRAVEL PLANNING

Make your time off go further.

Find the longest stretch of calendar days away from the workweek, PTO allowance and dates you enter.

No account or Search Credits needed. These tools use your planning inputs and, where relevant, local airport information—not live flight prices. They do not start a fare search.

1. Set your calendar bounds

Both dates are included. Use up to 366 days. This compares time off, not flight prices or employer leave rules.

The earliest day of any suggested break.
Every suggested break ends on or before this date.
Whole workdays only, 0–366. Enter 0 to use only your nonworking days.
2. Confirm your usual workweek

Monday–Friday is selected to start. Change this to your schedule. Every checked day requires one PTO day unless you list it as a holiday.

3. Add your exceptions
Use YYYY-MM-DD, separated by commas or new lines, within your date bounds. Blank means no holidays supplied; no national holiday calendar is assumed. A holiday on an unchecked weekday is not counted twice.
Use YYYY-MM-DD or YYYY-MM-DD to YYYY-MM-DD, separated by commas or new lines, within your date bounds. Both range endpoints are blocked, even on a weekend or holiday. Blank means no blackouts supplied.

Your inputs stay in page memory, are not saved or added to a link, and clear when this page is reloaded. Changing any input clears the previous result.

Your longest break will appear here.

Enter your dates and PTO, confirm the weekly schedule, then compare your calendar.

What this comparison means

Away days are whole calendar dates, including the start and end. This is not a flight itinerary: travel hours, overnight flights, public holiday observance rules and leave approval are not inferred. Only holidays you enter reduce scheduled workdays. Confirm your employer’s policy and whether your full travel plan fits before requesting leave.

Once you have possible dates, use the vacation time calculator to compare how two entered itineraries change your time at the destination.
